This is how you can request a refund for app, media, and subscription purchased from App Store or iTunes Store.
If you have purchased an app directly on your Mac from the developer’s website or third-party app marketplace, you will have to contact them, not Apple. Usually, many third-party apps offer a few days as a trial. Or, carry a money-back guarantee for a week, fortnight, or month. Use the ‘contact us’ section of the app or the respective third-party website to raise a refund request.
